Management Office:

  1. Our management office is located at Unit 1000 on ground floor of International Village (adjacent from the public washrooms)
  2. The management office open between 8:30 am to 5:00 pmMonday to Friday.  Our contact number is:   604-647-1137 . 
  3. In other time or emergency please contact security office at 604-647-1127 for assistance.

 

  Security Office:

  1. Our security office is located on the first floor next to Management Office beside the washrooms
  2. We have a 24 hours surveillance camera control system everyday to protect the security of the mall.  A control officer is on duty 24 hours to monitor the system.
  3. During the mall opening hours, our security officers are on patrol in all parts of the mall.
  4. We encourage customers and tenants to let us know your concern on the security of the mall and to report crimes or nuisance to you.
  5. Our security officers are trained to be professional and friendly,  however, they also are trained to protect the businesses and customers of the mall in a professional manner.  We urge customers to co-operate with the officers in their discharge of duty.
  6. There are certain house rules that are our officers regularly need to enforce, we ask that customers do understand that the rules need to be kept in order to promote security of the mall and make it a better place for all visitors and customers:
  • theft, shop lifting and violence crimes are strictly forbidden,
  • panhandling, molestation and nuisance to business and customers is forbidden,
  • our wash rooms are for legal sanitary purposes only and other abuse of use will not be tolerated.
  • no dogs except guiding dogs are permitted, and or bicycles, skate boards are allowed to be used in the mall.
